Nutrition Designed Speaker Series
We are excited to welcome Yvonne Montoya-Matthews, MS, CNS, LDN, BCHN®, to host a 5-part wellbeing speaker series this winter & spring.
Each monthly seminar will be held from 12-1 p.m. and will include a 45-minute talk followed by time for Q&A with Yvonne. Our February seminar will be held on Zoom, but all other seminars will provide an in-person or virtual participation option. Dates are February 7, March 5, April 3, May 1, June 5.

Community Wellness Hours at Beans Coffee
Looking for free (and delicious!) coffee, tea, and beverages? Looking for great time to connect with community members from all different corners of DU? Then Community Wellness Hours are for you!
The C+V Team and HRIC would like to invite you to join us for a free beverage and chat with fellow community members. Grab a coworker, classmate, peer, friend, or mentor and come by for a cup on us!
Winter 2024 Wellness Hours will take place once a month, from 9 am - 11 am at Beans Coffee, located in the Joy Burns Center. Dates are January 18, February 8 and March 7.
